Rohit Chourasia is the Founder and Managing Director of REFORM PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS, bringing over 18 years of hands-on experience across Building Construction in Australia, the Middle East, and India. He has worked with Tier 1 contractors and leading developers on projects spanning luxury residential precincts, hyperscale data centres, multistorey warehouses and aged care facilities.
His expertise spans the full project lifecycle — from Project Management and Client-side representation to Operational Excellence, Baseline Scheduling, Forensic Delay Analysis and EOT claims. With experience spanning hyperscale data centers, large residential developments, and complex commercial and mixed-use projects, he brings deep, multi-sector expertise. Starting his career as a Site Engineer, he developed a strong foundation in site execution and real-world project dynamics. He has since held critical leadership roles including Project Planner, Project Controller, and Head of Operations—equipping him with a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of project delivery.
